Abstract

▷ 국가 그리드 망 구축에 있어서 전산 그리드의 가장 핵심적인 부분인 국내의 여러 대학 및 연구소에 산재되어 있는 슈퍼컴퓨터 간의 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경 구축을 위한 기초기술개발, 거대과제 수행 기반의 안정적인 자원제공 역할 및 그리드 사업 활성화 지원 ▷ Globus 기반 그리드 전용 슈퍼컴퓨터의 자원제공 지원 ▷ 그리드 구축환경 지원 - 필요 Software 목록 및 환경 정의 - 관련 소프트웨어 설치법 및 환경설정 - 연동 테스트 환경 구축 ▷ Globus Toolkit 설치 - 프로그램 설치 및 서비스 지원 - 신규 버젼 Globus Toolkit 2.4.2, MPICH-G2 등 설치, Ganglia 모니터링 Tool 설치 ▷ 방화벽 통과 지원 - 특정 IP에 대해 지정된 port 범위만 open - 보안 관련 환경 설정 ▷ 응용 프로그램 수행을 위한 기본 시스템 제공 - 컴파일러 및 OS - 라이브러리: MPI 외 ▷ 그리드 사업 활성화 지원 - 관심그룹 자료조사 및 기술전수 - 관심그룹 세미나 지원
