UDDI 기반 생명정보 웹 서비시스 시스템 개발

Abstract

본 연구에서는 웹 서비시스(Web Services) 기술을 이용하여 , 분산 구축되어 있는 생명정보 서비스들을 등록, 검색 할수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 현재 OASIS 에서 웹 서비시스를 위한 레지스트리 표준인 UDDI 3.0 을 지원하는 레지스트리 시스템을 구축하여 국제 표준에 근거한 생명정보 서비스의 활용을 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 BPEL4WS 를 이용한 생명 정보 웹 서비스 조합 방법을 제안 하였으며 , 이 를 BPEL 서버를 통해 실행되는 예를 통해 상세히 기술하였다.

Today the bioinformation resources tend to be repeatedly created and used by different organizations and users. For this reason, it is hard to manage the resources and the discovery of the resources is accomplished inefficiently. In our research, we implement a system that could store disparate bioinformation resources and search those by using Web Services technologies. This system will act as a foundation for systematic management of bioinformation services, discovery of new services and implementation of infra-structure for integration of legacy bioinformatical applications.
