Abstract

o 과학기술부의 각종 정책 수립 및 위원회 활동에 필요한 전문가 정보를 체계적으로 통합 관리할 필요<br /><br /> o 과학기술부의 각종 위원회에 민간 전문가를 위촉․활용 중에 있으나, 체계적이고 효율적인 위원 선임 방법이 미흡<br /><br /> o 위원회 활동 상황의 관리 및 위원 선정에 따른 비용 및 시간 절감 필요<br /><br /> o 위원선정의 객관성, 전문성 및 공정성을 높일 수 있도록 외부 전문가 선정․관리 체계의 개선과 새로운 민간전문가의 발굴․참여 기회 제공 필요

o It is necessary to manage systematically the human resources information about many expert who can be used in committee activity or policy planning of the Ministry of Science and Technology.<br /><br /> o We need to provide an effective and automatic process for a committeeman assignment. <br /><br /> o One purpose of this research is to reduce expenses and time as using a system which let us to manage useful committee findings and to assign expert to a member of committee.<br /><br /> o It is necessary to give a chance many scientists or engineers to be on the board of some committee for the objectivity, fairness and speciality in committeeman election.
