본 보고서는 (주)오토피스E&M사가 개발한 역무자동화시스템(Automatic Fare Collection System) 특허 기술 및 관련 프로그램과 기타 보유 특허를 대상으로 가치평가를 수행한 분석결과이다.
본 기술가치평가는 (주)오토피스E&M사가 관련기술 이전을 고려하고 있는 상황에서 기술이전거래을 위한 기술의 공정가치(Fair Market Value)를 제시하고자 한다. 적용한 가치평가 방법론은 수익접근법이다.
