1.스팸메일의 정의
-스팸 메일은 원치 않는 벌크메일(Unwanted Unsolicited Bulk Email,UBE), 원치 않는 상업적 이메일(Unsolicited Commercial Email, +3UCE)를 의미함.
-UBE와 UCE의 주요 목적은 가능한 최저의 비용으로 많은 잠재고객에게 광고를 하는 것임.
