- (1) 제1차년도 ○ HK40 내열강의 원심 주조품 개발 - 실험용 및 생산용 원심주조기 보완 - 용해 및 성분제어 기술 - 주조기술 - 시제품 미세조직 제어(마크로 및 마이크로 조직) - 시제품 기계적 특성평가(고온, 상온 인장시험, 고온 Creep-rupture시험, 고온파괴 특성) - HK40 내열강의 내침탄성 및 열화도 측정 - 외산품의 분석 및 비교 시험(2) 제2차년도 ○ HK40 내열강의 원심 주조품 생산 기술 향상 및 실제 산업에 적용을 위한 제반 생산 기술 개발 - 원심 주조기술 향상 - 시제품 제조 및 특성평가(제품 크기 변화, 고온인장, Creep-rupture등) - 용접성 시험 및 용접부 특성 평가 - 내침탄성 및 열화도 측정 - 현장 적용 시험
