가. 관련제품의 규격검토
적용모델 J85 Engine의 PAD소재 IN718에 대한 화학성분, 열처리 및 기계적 특성 검토와 Segment Deflector Plate의 소재 C130(MSRR2044)에 대한 규격검토를 미국 Cannon Muskegon사와 Technology Systems, Inc. 에 요청
나. 금형설계 및 제작
○ 각 부품의 도면을 입수하여 소재도 작성
○ 소재도를 근거로 칫수오차를 고려한 금형도 작성
○ PAD와 Segment Deflector Plate의 금형제작
다. Wax Pattern제작, 조립 및 Coating
라. 진공 정밀 주조 및 시제품 제작
마. 시제품의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 평가
바. 기계적특성 향상을 위한 열처리법 개선 방안 연구
2. 2차년도(최종년도)
가. 2차 시제품 제작
1차년도에 제작된 시제품의 칫수 및 특성을 보완하여 금형 및 몰드의 칫수 변환과 용해 주조의 공정을 수정함으로써 정확한 칫수와 규격에 적합한 시제품을 제작함.
나. 진공 용해 및 주조기술 확립
다. 시제품의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성평가
라. Scrap 재활용 및 불양 감소 방안 모색
마. 작업 표준 설정과 품질평가 기술
