Abstract

I. 제목 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축(II)

II. 연구개발의 목적 인터넷에서 제공되는 대부분의 검색엔진은 모든 분야의 정보를 수집하여 분류하기 때문에 특정분야의 전문검색을 원하는 이용자는 만족할만한 검색결과를 기대하기가 어렵다. 본 연구는 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도관련 웹 문서를 Swing시스템을 이용하여 일정한 분류체계에 따라 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스를 구축하여 철도 관련 이용자에게 제공하고자 한다.

III. 연구개발의 내용 및 범위 본 연구에서는 Swing시스템을 이용하여 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도관련 웹문서를 데이터베이스화하여 서비스함을 목적으로 하며 당해연도의 연구내용은 다음과 같다. (1) 철도관련 국외 홈페이지 조사 - 국외의 철도운영기관, 철도부품 생산 기관, 철도관련 연구기관의 홈페이지 조사 (2) 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축

IV. 연구개발결과 본 연구는 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도관련 웹 문서를 Swing시스템을 이용하여 일정한 분류체계에 따라 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스를 구축하여 철도관련 이용자에게 제공함을 목적으로 하며, 당해연도에는 철도관련 국외 홈페이지를 조사하고, 4,000여건의 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 그리고 웹디렉토리 데이터베이스의 이용을 활성화 하기 위하여 “한국철도기술”에 본 사업을 홍보하였다.

V. 연구개발의 활용 계획 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스는 인터넷의 사용이 일반화된 오늘날과 같은 사회에서는 유용한 정보원이 될 것으로 예상되며, 향후 이에 대한 계속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 수행한 연구결과에 대하여 예상되는 기대효과는 다음과 같다. (1) 세계 유일의 철도관련 웹정보를 제공하는 웹디렉토리 데이터베이스의 구축 (2) 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도분야의 웹 정보의 신속, 정확한 서비스가 가능 함. (3) 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스의 서비스를 통하여 국제적인 철도 기술 경쟁력 강화에 기여함. (4) 전문화된 데이터베이스의 구축을 통하여 전문정보센터로써의 역할 수행이 가능함.

I. Title Construction of Web Directory Database in the field of Railway(II).

II. Objective of the study It is hard for user searching specific information to be satisfied by result because most search engines collect and classify information from all kinds of fields. This study intend to construct web directory database based on specific classification procedure of railway information in internet by using Swing (Science Web Information Nimble Guide) system and provide it to user.

III. Content and scope of the study The purpose of this study is to construct database of web documents scattered in internet by using Swing(Science Web Information Nimble Guide) system and provide service to user. The contents of study in this year are as following; (1) Research of abroad web site related to railway - Research in web site of aboard railway operation organization, railway parts manufacturing organization, and railway research institution (2) Construction of web directory database in the field of railway

IV. Result of the study The purpose of this study is to construct web directory database of web documents scattered in internet by using Swing (Science Web Information Nimble Guide) system and to provide service to user related to railway. We constructed about 4,000 web directory databases related to railway.

V. Application Plan of the study We expect that the web directory database can be useful source of information with consideration of today""s environment that internet use is generalized and study should be accomplished continuously in the future.
