III. 연구개발의 내용 및 범위
국내의 학술정보유통현황과 대학학술정보유통체제의 문제점, 학술정보 공유체제 구축 방안 및 회색문헌 수집에 대하여 문헌조사를 하고, 포항공과대학교에서 2002년도에 수행한 영남지역 과학기술정보거점구축을 위한 활동을 과학기술정보수집, UNION DB 구축, 상호대차 및 원문복사, 회색문헌수집의 4개분야로 나누어 보고하고 그 개선방안을 제안하였다.
