3.연구의 내용 및 범위

본 연구는 다양한 바이오⋅나노 물질의 대규모 분자 시뮬레이션을 위한 방법론을 제시하고 이런 시뮬레이션을 지원하기 위한 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경 구축을 위해 idle pc의 활용 방안 및 병렬 처리 지원, 병렬 분자동력학적 모사방법을 제시하고 사용자와의 인터페이스 구성을 위한 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경을 기반으로 한 그리드 응용 플랫폼의 구축에 관한 연구를 수행한다.

3. Contents and Scope

The research shows a way for the large-scale molecule simulation of various bio/nano materials, a system for idle pc utilization and a way of the parallel processing support. It performs a research about the building of the grid application platform which was based on the grid computer environment for the interface composition among the grid application platforms with the user.
