국내 슈퍼컴퓨터센터 그리드 컴퓨팅 구축 및 전환기술 개발(Ⅱ)에 관한 연구

Abstract

3.연구의 내용 및 범위

본 연구에서는 리눅스 머신들을 연결하여 임시로 가상 그리드 환경을 구축해 본 뒤, 실제로 글로버스 툴킷을 포항공대 슈퍼컴퓨터에 설치하고 안정성을 검토한 후 가상 그리드 환경을 구축한다. 국가 계산 그리드 구축을 위해 포항공대 슈퍼컴퓨터를 타 기관의 슈퍼컴퓨터와 연동하여 국가 계산 그리드 환경을 구축하고 테스트를 통해서 안정성을 검토한다.

3.Contents and Scope

We temporally built virtual grid environment by interconnecting Linux machines for testing, and installed Globus Toolkit on the supercomputer at POSTECH. Furthermore, we connected the supercomputer at POSTECH with other supercomputers at other organizations, and have examined its stability through various tests.
